The NS takes only 1 turn now? That's wasn't how it used to work. Probably got changed during the NS Tower revamp. It has worked that way since I started playing in 2006 at least. You have a 30% chance of getting the 7th insult each combat (25% chance of no insult, ones you already got have a 50% rejection chance), so that's 3.3 combats. If you don't have 100% combat rate, then add turns accordingly.

A small note, you don't actually need a main() function in scripts. It doesn't hurt anything and generally doesn't matter either way, it just uses a few more lines of code.

Since you can farm part of the war hippy outfit while starting the war, I think you're pulling the wrong war outfit. There are enough spare pulls that it doesn't really matter, of course (I pulled all of the tower combat items in my latest run, just because I could).

There is no difference between a floor and delay(), the latter was used because it was a random floor.

Free runaways can help after delay is burned (the presence of delay has no effect on the usefulness of free runaways), but goth fights are useless then (except for stats). So as long as there is somewhere to use your free runaways, working on getting goth kid fights during delay should be better.
