Re: Stats to turns in SC

I would consider a clover a good comparison tool. If it will get clover+x stats, it's worth a pull. If it will give you less stats than a clover, then it's not. It's not perfect, but a good comparison. Using a clover costs a turn. So if you were pulling something for stats, it would only need to gi...

Re: HCNP Day One Details?

The amount of MP that you will save by using the Sauce skills as a non-Sauceror in the sewer does not help you that much overall in your run. Since you should be using the BBB rather than the Bander as soon as you can handle the +ML, Shieldbutt is a way better MP price.

Re: Skill planning/perming - Help!

I had always assumed the elemental weakness would force the element (due to the x2 damage), instead of looking at the spell damage. I guess based on the above information, that is not the case? The elemental weakness is taken into the equation as well. Say you were facing a stench monster and you h...

Re: Skill planning/perming - Help!

Immaculate Seasoning tunes the spell to whatever will do the most damage, not just based on which element the monster is weaker to. So if you have +11 damage to hot spells from Saucestorm's splashback, your Waves and Geysers will all be hot. Also, Jabanero restores 25-33% of the spell cost, so Bande...

I would save beer goggles for day 2 (or maybe try once to fill you from 12 to 14). And since you're saving beer goggles for later, you can probably put off farming the other innabox parts! Unless you just have nothing else to do at that level. Which just tells me that you need to be leveling faster.
