According to the wiki, the base combat rate in sonofa is 10%. So, if you have all the +combat skills, and 1 reodorant, it should, on average, should take 18 turns. What I suggest is to find out how many turns in the battlefield you'd spend if you skipped sonofa versus the projected number of turns y...

Re: Shummie's DITRII Run Log -- TT Mongoose (Target 5/1089)

Looking at your skills will you really be burning through that much MP on day 1? Maybe Ode a time or two. I don't think you run a lot of NC early on (I don't know). If you have a VIP key and a slimeling I don't see you being starved for MP on day 1. Big disclaimer: This is my impression, not based ...

First SR KGE is a good idea if you find yourself needing the MP, and you'll NEED the MP on Day 1.

Re: bmaher's 4(?)/? HCNP AT Wallaby

Ah. Very interesting. So, if you get to YaY the monster you're looking for, you actually gain more in the long run.

Re: bmaher's 4(?)/? HCNP AT Wallaby

Wow, almost perfect Day 1. Just wondering, how did those first 3 combats in the red queen's garden look like? For 4 combats, 20 substats doesn't seem much. Also, if you figure that that's better, how about comparing that to a 5-squeezed slime?

Ah, so that's why you were complaining about spell crits the other day. :)

Re: Skill planning/perming - Help!

That's a lot of things to consider, Kujjie, and I'm glad that I'm beginning to get some direction as to what my next few skill perms are. The run after this is going to be an AT, to perm inigo's. So I'll try to find out how much Marginally Insane would help me out, since Inigos need to be cast at, r...

Re: Skill planning/perming - Help!

I suppose I should've mentioned that I was planning stuff for HC use. :? Anyway, questions and other things: 1. I may be misunderstanding the utility of bander-stasis. Is this more of an SC tactic, an HC one, or both? I know that it will really be used for SA runs, but getting the bander extra XP wh...

Skill planning/perming - Help!

So I ascended into SA today, originally with the intention of perming skills that would make this possible. Now, I'm not so sure if it's the right time for me to do so. Someone pointed out that I can perm Way of the Sauce, or maybe even Maginally Insane. My updated skills can be found here . Any hel...
