RC4 refuses to do anything on windows 7- just pops up the CLI then immediately closes. Tried some compatibility settings for vista and XP without any luck, but RC3 worked fine when I found it. Same on my Mac (10.5.6) This is now happening on a Mac 10.8.4 w/the recent releases, but not on my mac 10....

Yep, that's a connection error. I want to make those errors more specific and understandable, but the problem was on your network. (As people have gotten used to, anything saying MVar is due to stuff timing out, but you're not supposed to have to learn that :P)

There was an issue where it would skip oasis/desert if it didn't finish it on day 3. DoD potions just aren't automated yet. But, go test out the scary new 2.20a-testing, with some improvements and lots of hidden infrastructural changes >.<

That's fixed, thanks! It was running some code that only worked while that bit of code was in scripts.lua, not ascension.lua. (You seemed to be looking at line 812 when figuring it out, btw.)

It's a new mechanic!

Anyway, barracks seem to be good(?), so rest of zones to go! And the little extra thing in pandamonium that's another adaptation-of-something-else-without-ungodly-superlikely-conditionals. Jick just did the hard mechanic spading, filling in all the details still remains =)

(That's not how the friars work. It's close to how the spooky forest works, but that one has a bazillion conditionals to make it happen. Now it's simple.)
