I actually haven't done alcatra yet, but if you want to do it you should book now. The tour can sell out a month or 2 in advance. Also, I've heard that the night tour is much better.

Only if you keep it on too long by itself. 30 seconds is all the garlic needs, then toss in the onions for a couple minutes. I've never had the garlic burn while doing that.

No reason why we can't do everything. Monk's Kettle is only ~20 minute walk from the park (and definitely worth it).

Rouge is fairly national, I was able to get them easily in the midwest, so they should (hopefully) be available on the east coast as well.
