Re: Numfar's HCNP DitR II < 10 Skill AT Run

As an AT, you could also use gem meat to buy mojo to increase your MP pool as much as you need. Until you perm it, of course.

Re: Dijonius' HCNP AT DitR II Wallaby - in progress

Day 1 diet (hurts to even look at) Next time, spicy noodles and boring spag will be your friends, as I said above. Yum. Hitting level 4 without drinking or over-spleening will also help quite a lot, because you'll be able to drink all improved swill drinks rather than straight swill. Goal for next ...

It could be the "TM" on your air. The forum software is weird with a lot of special symbols. Looking forward to seeing the log!

Re: Dijonius' HCNP AT DitR II Wallaby - in progress

Congrats on the best day 1 ever! Quick lenses. Wasn't sure if I should keep doing the tavern, getting stats and possibly more lenses for Sonofa Beach, or move on. You're probably better off waiting until you've hit whatever consumption goals you have for day 1 (or even until day 2) to grab lenses, a...

Re: chown's DitR II run

Smooth Movement might be nice, except that I don't know how to use it effectively. I'm only just starting to learn which adventures are superlikelies. The ones that I most would like to speed up are the airship and friar quest ones. But if I understand correctly, those aren't affected by combat %. ...

Re: The Smutographer's HCNP SC (DitR II, <10 skills): Day 0

Having said all this, I'm going to look pretty silly when I go down in flames, aren't I? If you think through the rest of your run this way, I think you'll be far from flames. Muscle class with no Hero can be a bit frustrating, but it's definitely fun to run around smashing things even when you're ...
