The following is definitely a proxy problem.

Every ascension, after I use the blueprints in the pirate cove, my chats and chat commands stop going through. The home tab spits out:

[object XMLDocument]

and nothing else happens. It fixes itself if I log out and log back in.

Here's where you want to run NC: Spooky forest (after getting the mosquito) After spending 5 turns, BEFORE getting the mosquito. And all of the time after getting it. That is true, but the difference is small (0.25 of a turn?) I was just applying the KISS principle here to someone new to optimizing.

Skip finding the Hidden Temple until you get Song of Solitude. The +NC will help your run way more than the +ML (pep talk) will. Opussum will just inflate turncount horribly. The beach is only worth doing in BM if you have lenses from getting a Lep. I'm not sure what settings you inputted in the optimizr. Even w/4 reodorants, skipping the beach (and doing the junkyard only) is on average 1 turn faster.

Re: WM's Bad Speed AT run [comments always welcome]

No, I didn't use the calendar at all. I should put the rest of the log up. I did use saccharine maple sap for early liver and bedroom, but the song took a long time to set.

Re: Board Games

Maybe my experience was atypical. I also wasn't playing with just 2 people. Ticket to Ride can be a bitch of a game in a group, when it is clear that you can no longer win (i.e. to complete your route you need this one key junction, which someone else also needed, and already has). Now, your only go...

Do you not get Flushed for the F'c;le? You should get flushed for the f'c'le. Flushed + 20lb fairy + eyedrops should be >233% item drop. Assuming your mus is high enough to handle flushed.

Re: Mechald's BM SC run (comments welcome)

TT, SC, AT don't really need the Hippy outfit thanks to imported beer. I would skip the Road to the White Citadel completely. At level 9, NCs open in the hippy camp that will give you the outfit pieces. You usually have the song set by then, too, so it's by far the superior way. Hm. I always assume...

Re: Sleeping Beast's HCTrendy Sauceror (Wallaby) - 6/1139

I"m not sure getting the lipstick is worthwhile, even if you don't have an better fairy. +5 lb. on a fairy doesn't translate directly to a lot of turns. That's about +8% item drop going from a 30-35 lb fairy. But SB has only 2 weight skills permed, and the highest weight the fairy reached was 12lbs...

I don't ONLY need to root for that, a lot of other stuff has to happen. Auburn HAS to win, and I believe LSU does as well. Virginia Tech losing helps, as does Oregon. If you really care about who a Stanford fan needs to root for, look here: http://www.ruleoftree.com/2011/11/21/2577975/stanford-who-...

Re: 2011-2012 College Football Discussion

I think it was made pretty clear a couple of years ago when an idle Georgia at #3 was leapfrogged when one of the top 2 lost in their title game. Georgia was not even in the SEC title game, so I think the voters wouldn't put a team that didn't win its conference into the title game. So I think you o...
