I didn't do much planning as will become apparent :). My only real plan for day 1 was to pumpkin bomb a sleepy mariachi for the sombrero and try to hit 4 to use spleen (questionable as to whether I will be successful in that).

This is primarily a lead-in for my next run and for perming sympathy but I've never done any oxy runs so I'm genuinely interested in giving it a shot.

Obviously this log will probably help no one else ever since you shouldn't do HCO Oxy with only food/drink skills :roll:

Not a terrible tower. Baseball I'll clover. Fancy Bath Salts is out of the way but shouldn't be too much of a pain hopefully black pepper I can zap if necessary.

Once I got my firecracker I faxed in the mariachi turned the radio up to 10 and used the bugbear with his +ml equip. 20 muscle I figured was decent and the hat should be hugely helpful since I have no +item skills and I figure the potato blocking should make things easier along the way as well.

My next goal was to get as many hipster fights as possible today for free stats so the majority of my turns were with him. Using the snorkel moxie buff & hair spray & telescope etc to maximize the fights. Unfortunately they got pretty spread out some.

I went ahead and used my apple sticker, I hated only make a 30 power weapon but I figured I should have tons of stickers for this run so I should get my best use out of them.

I was getting a little worried at this point about hitting 4 in time so I thought maybe I'd spend a few turns in the pens for better stats since thtey were higher ML I was only able to successfully kill 1 of them though and realized that was going to be too much of a struggle &/or waste of turns.

I was only 1 substat away from leveling up so I wanted to go somewhere that would guarantee me a combat I could survive so I just picked the kitchen for the heck of it. There probably was somewhere better but since I had everything "essential" done and I couldn't survive any higher ML areas yet I went there.

Banked 19 turns for tommorrow. I only got 4 hipster fights in :( But for my first forray into HCO I'm pretty happy with the result.

So to end the day I have the mosquito larva done, tavern done, encryption key, manor unlocked.

Had enough meat to buy sympathy (which I plan on perming this run) so that should help me during this run too! :)

I'm a little worried about surviving tomorrow and having to spend some time leveling somewhere between quests. Hopefully should get out the llama tomorrow and start getting some gongs I'm banking on them being helpful. I probably won't have any room to run the mimic for a few days but that shouldn't be too much of an issue. If I can get decent enough spleen drops I may use some tokens on finger cuffs as well.

No idea what I'm going to yellow ray/fax tomorrow yet and don't have too much of a semi-rare planned out yet.

Stat days are way earlier than I'd like but I'm going to do my best to bank turns for them while still utilizing as many once a day resources (pool/hatter/telescope/etc).

Somehow you failed to mention this when you suggested I do an HCO TT run....

Before all my buffs wear off I wanted to make sure to finish up the billiards room. Hipster is so very nice in here and I got really lucky with a fast key with no noncombat skills.

My semi-rare had come up and I didn't have the knob unlocked yet so I figured I'd go for the pool stat one (maybe strange I suppose) but my rationale was I might snag another pool noncombat as well for some more muscle stats from that. I ended up with the semi-rare pretty quickly at least.

Got a disembodied brain on my second brainsweeper. I only had about 50% item drop so that was really lucky. Once I had that and my meat maid installed at my camp I thought I might snag the manual of labor. I knew that it would be risky/swingy in how many turns it might take to get, but I figured the stats from it every day for 10-14 days should add up to a decent bit.

Spent a few more turns in the 8-bit while waiting on more spleen drop for the day. Then decided to get 1 shore vacation in as I'll probably need to head to the island at some point tomorrow or the next couple days.

I was hoping for at least 1 extra gong, but I know I need to bank as many turns as possible for the upcoming stat days. I have 28 turns banking into tomorrow. In summary today boss bat done, meat maid done, manual of labor, 1 shore trip in. 2 hot tubs left at the end of today (could have been more aggressive possibly, but the birdform grubs/hipster kept me alive pretty well), got 3 hipster fights in (was hoping for 4 or so).

I don't have a clear plan for tomorrow yet, I'm thinking I'll probably spend some time in the library unlocking upstairs and the gallery key quest this will be a little tough to muster up the moxie/muscle to make this not super painful.

Looks like I might be able to hit spleen of steel on day 4 as that will be a stat day and I should have hopefully a decent amount of turns banked.

1 turn on the battlefield 62 muscle and manual of labor on stat day 125 muscle. Level up! Time to hit the woods and start working on spleen of steel. My primary strategy is going to be to stay in birdform as much as possible + purple snowcones. I want to make sure that I get at least 1 W, I'm not so worried about the hotwings since I'm going to be here forever. Also once that stuff in in the bag plan is to keep out the spleen familiars to build up a smallish stockpile of spleen for further days since I won't have the luxury of as many turns to play on future days.

So I'm ending day 4 with no turns banked I feel like I made great progress even if I did rush through some things. I should start tommorrow with 45 turns and ready to down 4 spleen items (I'm doubting I can hit 9 in time to use karma tommorrow)

Spleen of Steel is in the bag, I've got 2 agua de vida/2 pixie sticks/2 glimmering roc feathers in reserve + 3 IK. I know I'll use those up pretty quick but it's nice to at least for the moment have a small stock pile. I've got 9 death watch beetles I'd like to snag one more before I finish the cyrpt so that I can have a feather for the fcle and the filthworms, how I'll fit that in with only 20 spleen? I dunno I can squeeze in on the day I use karma if I time it right and I might have a spare yellow ray at some point on a scarab for a mojo filter?

I've also got 3 clovers stocked up. Meat is running a little low at the moment though. 2 philter of force's made and 3 reagents in inventory.

I should finally have enough MP tommorrow to get 4+ bander runaways in each day from here on out.
