Just permed wisdom and tongue of the walrus.

I went with astral hot dogs and the astral shirt

Outer gate: gate of humility (Wussiness/wussiness potion)
Tower Guardian #1: the fickle finger of f8 (razor-sharp can lid)
Tower Guardian #2: el diablo (mariachi G-string)

G-string is the only bad one really, I'm going to try to line my yellow rays up to be able to hit both the mariachi and the sonar with later in the run ones that I typically just skip.

My general day 1 strategy so far in HCNP runs has been to Fax sleepy mariachi and yellow ray him. Then sewer level fairly early. This basically means I run my rogue program early for finger cuffs (I go for 2 tokens worth for sewer leveling).

Rogue Program was a little slow in dropping its first token, now that I have entangling noodles I think I'm probably safe without finger cuffs for the sleepy mariachi, but I'd rather have some added safety and I need them for later anyways. Anyways this is still soon enough that I *should* be able to get in a 2nd yellow ray at the end of day 1. That will likely be Harem girl since I need a disease, though maybe hippy if I can manage to get the island open that early (I never have before)

This is all pretty typical for me so far. I'm sure I can improve this by either delaying it for more +elemental damage later, but I like to have the swills early on and I don't think I have the skills to delay it anyways.

Sewer leveling I use the hipster/finger cuff method. Having noodles helps save on the number of cuffs I use, but I was still doing this before I had it. The only strategy is to get your hipster heavy enough so it acts as often as possible and hope it kills stuff quickly and get enough +init to get the jump. I use the +weight pool buff and the +init pool buff. For 5 turns of sewer leveling I think I went through 10-12 finger cuffs or so.

I'm still buying mojo in run but I think I'd want to unlock the guild anyways for the still so I can get early access to some tonic waters. This is the first run where I've been able to cast inigos on day 1!! Woo!

Need to finish up the knob so I can get the KGE encounter as my first SR and then I'll move on to finish unlocking the manor and see how far I get in there. I haven't used too many of my once daily moxie options up yet so I'll probably get to do the library as well hopefully.

I've got everything done but I'm 2-3 turns away from my SR so I don't want to vacation yet. Why did you sewerlevel when you did, and for 5 turns?

Why not set the song pre-friars if you're skipping liver?

level 5>6 is still an issue for me, and I know from past runs that 4-5 tuns is about right still. I don't have any reason to delay it and it helps give me safe moxie earlier.

after finishing up the library I was looking at my buffs available and I could have gotten into the bedroom if I cooked up a tomato juice, but I knew there was no way I was going to complete it in 5 turns. I need to pick up candy hearts &/or some more skills to do that sooner. Though to be fair this is the closest I've been able to get there yet.

That can be extended to doing your sewering on turn 1 :)
