I'm not a fantastic ascender, but at the very least, annotating this log will help me plan for future runs.

I use the mimic turn 0 because I need the bag of confections for a style synthesis, which I use immediately afterwards. I should have showered turn 0, but I'm fairly forgetful. I digitize the writing desk, because between the bass clarinet, , the proton (photon?) pack, and regular buffs I can easily hit the soft cap for +NC, so I never really feel the need to set the ballroom song.

Fairly standard stuff. I like to hybridize the machine because it's +5 familiar weight without going out of your way for a fish, and the +DR is useful for the amount of ML I'll be running. I use the robin for just long enough to get an egg, and a collective just enough for one spleen drop. I make sure to go back to the outskirts for my first digitize encounter, to burn that delay.

I fight the witchess pieces when my Synthesis: Style hits 1 turn left; I use a +MP synthesis here so I can cast frigidalmation and so I can use chateau rests. Some like to save them for later, but early stats are more valuable than late stats. The two syntheses that I'm using make me feel like this isn't wasted. I use the rests primarily to restore MP here. I kill the Witchess Queen, 3 Bishops, and a Rook for the +ML.

It doesn't say it here, but I switch to my reanimator to wink at a modern zmobie, because I used both Bend Hell and Bow-Legged swagger on the witchess pieces. The idea is I use Shattering Punch in conjunction with absurd +init to get the zmobie fast. Also, I use a Buggedbear with Balaclava in the cranny.

To survive these +229ML combats, I mostly just used the mysticality pool table buff, but frankly my moxie and DR are high enough that it isn't a real issue. At this point I have enough meat that I know I can get away with a stone wool cheat instead of a 1952 cheat. If I couldn't, I'd delay the stone wool until tomorrow. But this gives me more flexibility; I know I'm getting a knife and oh fuck upon writing this I just realized I never mined god dammit. So I guess that'll be one of my deck cheats tomorrow.

Normally, I use the nosy nose to make sure I get a second ornate nightstand. I should have done that here, and instead relied on the time-spinner, which didn't work out so well. I'm also looking for good time-spinner targets. I could save a banish or two by using it in the goatlet. I could then use the snokebomb I normally use there somewhere else; I've already established that the harem snokebomb needs to move though, so I need to find a good third banish location for day 1. Maybe one banish in the goatlet is fine, even with the time-spinner? I use the hipster for 5 adventures in the bathroom and gallery before switching to hardcore -combat

The only difficult thing to do in the airship is to get the mohawk wig. Typically I YR that, but I was considering trying to cap the drop. Obviously, that didn't work out too well. My other YR option is a 151st frat boy, but the timing didn't quite work out.

Before I hit the wine cellar, I decide to think a long time about my banishes. I have 3 snokebomb uses and quite a few LTBs, as well as one tennis ball. I only want one banish for the pixel zone (I'll do this by smashing my light that never goes out); I only need to fight the skull twice, so if I don't have any spinner uses left I can olfact it, and double banishing feels unnecessary. I want to banish janitors, lawyers, and orderlies. Here, I get the idea to wink a bowler so I don't have a strong reason to banish drunk pygmies. Hell, wink+time spin should get me 5. I also want to do one banish each in the two zones you farm in the wine cellar. Surprisingly, I have enough banishes to do all this, so it all works out.

I'd like to use more jellies day 1, but as it stands the spleen drop I use is actually much more useful than you'd expect because I can access it well before I would normally have access to particularly good consumables for more valuable organs. I'll work on it, though.

I use one tennis ball in the fear man's level, and encounter my digitized random hippy in here, so I LTB it away. I use pirate juice to make sure that I'll survive, because I get pirate juice from the chateau. I also get possibility potions from my chateau so that one SR was useless (although presumably not a turn waste, because I did need to burn turns in that zone), and I get the +combat accessory from confiscated items. HCNP AT is fun!

Neat. Man, I certainly have fond memories of a lot of those IotM I haven't played with in years, but man reading through that made me anxious just thinking about having that much stuff to juggle.

You end up juggling fewer things than you'd expect, just because a lot of stuff doesn't get used at all. Pretty much all your summons should be smithsness. I don't have a good libram, so I don't have to worry about that kind of fiddle, and I only ended up using 14 different familiars, and several of those were for <5 turns. But it takes a long time to plan out any changes to your run structure just because one change begets many. I've been thinking about switching the bass clarinet and winter garden for the fish hatchet and either the thanksgarden or peppermints, but it's hard to decide.

Thanks for that, it's like a primer for all the crazy stuff you can do in HC Unrestricted these days - exactly what I need! :)

I'm sure I will learn a few tricks from poring over this.
