Starting off my 7th softcore heavy rains run. I finished my last run in 3/600 which 33 less then my previous fastest of 4/644 (note the 4 days was only because i missed an entire day). I've noticed in recent runs that turn generation isn't an issue for a 3 day run, but i don't think I'm to the point yet of being able to do a 2 day. I usually need about 90-100 turns on the last day, and usually some of the pulls for the tower.

Starting with 3 thighs and 3 brains, rain man/thunder clap are most useful, thunderheart for extra hp, rain dance to burn extra day 1 rain, and both +rain level ones for day 1 storm cow
Using Smith's Tome
Winter Garden planted, won't pick until day 3 for frost flower
DNA kit don't have charters so I instead do Human-Fish Hybrid for basically entire run, haven't used tonics much, but hope to change on this run
Moon sign was The Vole so I could get 0 turn meat car, turn 0 smiths headpiece, and access to skirt
Took the astral shirt since I don't have consistent prismatic damage otherwise, don't have a good shirt replacement, and don't think I can handle belt + smiths hand + MCD + water level correctly yet
Astral Energy drinks because I have my food/drink squared away and no type69 spleen familiar
Using camp scout, since I usually focus more on hardcore runs and I like the drops and +item
Using gamepro since I like the ability to have scaling monsters at anytime, plus I love the dungeoneering kit, turn 0 soft echo and pudding skin are great
Have monster manual, used faxes on some of my previous aftercores to get mountain man, the war spies, and ghosts so I have access to those as needed
I have forest friar, which I'm great about using early on, but as the run proceeds I forget about
Using pantsgiving for some extra banishment and another stagger/delevel

So here I did my usual opening moves, went to game pro dungeon to start the wandering monster counter so it matches what I have in mafia. Used 2 library books to get to a quick level 3 and so I could use some of my other pulls.
I pull the giant pearl mostly to have cash to buy the antique accordian and skills. I'm thinking in future I won't pull the warbear warscarf, it was very useful before I had the grill, but now I'm swimming in MP so its not as useful. I have thor's pliers, but really don't know how to use it effectively as a disco bandit, espcially since I don't start with a milk.
I try to have one handsome devil on me at all times for those opps moments.

Used my first rain man on a writing desk and winked at him so I will see him in the future.
Unlocked my my guild, then headed to spooky forest, planted my +mox, and mp regen plants.
Remembered that I needed to burn delay in Cobb's Knob so headed there with my goth kid.
Cast Thundercloud so I could get a fish as my first heavy rain encounter which allowed me to hybrid to human-fish.
In cobb knob I planted stagger, spooky dmg, and hot dmg plants to help me control and kill my crayon monsters since with the scaling I couldn't get them even with dances/pantsgiving.
Had you use my handsome devil on the fish inorder to kill it since I didn't have the plants out yet, and it was killing me faster then I could hit it.

Finished the spooky forest
Planted the +mox stat plant to get extra moxie stats while here, and the MP regen plant to build up my buffs for later.
Pulled and ate my key lime pies, decided to eat the 100 adventure smithsness food, first time I have done this don't know if it was a good move or not, but figured more ML the better while I can handle it
Used my clan -NC buff on turn 30 so I would still have some for friar's, was also thinking that I would have it for crypt, but figured out I was too low level to go there before it ran out.

Friar's quest is complete, saw that there was only 1 turn left on the wandering heavy rain monster so headed to the slime tube and killed it.
Decided not to go full item find while hunting for hot wings this run, and it worked. Instead I banished the first two monsters that didn't drop hot wings
Pulled 2 corpsetini today instead of my usual day 1 of 3 Mae Wests because I felt I needed the extra pull and both pulls add up to 12 drunkness

Used first semi-rare on KGE so I could have uniform, decided not to eat a optimal dog today because I'm running thundercloud right now and didn't want stone wools to wash away

Went to ballroom so I could set non-combat song, looking back I should have waited until after doing the Barr.
Finished up the alcove, pumped ML and NC and cleared the cranny.
Noticed at this point I was at start of rain monster window.
Decided I wanted to force the storm cloud, and I needed to unlock island anyways so I spent 9 turns on vacation, unlocked the island.
Headed to the logging camp to get the storm cow, choose here because I know I usually need a few combats even when using bridge and snowboards.
Managed to get it on first combat, even though I had prepped for it almost died, used 2 shavings.
Drank a Sockdollager to give me some more damage for storm cow and meant to start clearing out the tavern, but after cow, I headed to dinner and forgot that by tiem I got back.

Started at the cove, saw I was running low on pulls so decided I needed to get two outfit items and would pull the third,
Banish a non outfit dropping pirate, then got a bunch of +stat nc which were annoying.
Went to bar, and forgot buy the insult book, so wasted one turn
After I bought it, forgot to add to my combat bar so forgot to use it on the second combat, so another wasted turn.
After that it took my 10 turns to get 7 insults (64% success at beer pong)
Forgot that I had left a smith lump to craft the A Light that Never Goes Out, so wasted a pull on it
Got the friar +familar exp buff when I switched to my grouper
Used my last pantsgiving, cocktail napkin and a thunder clap to get rid everything but the chatty pirate and the needed pirates.
Got the each of the items on first try, so pretty quick.
Unlocked pirate fledges for later.

At this point I wanted to get my last rain man cast and cast two casts of rain dance for tomorrow.
Used the rain man on lobsterfrogman since I had double +rain level buffs upso wasn't going to chance loosing ore drops again.
Got lucky and skimmed an amulet for giants quest later.
Finsihed off in the video game dungeon since i really didn't have any other good places to adventure, and it gave me the most stats per adventure without chancing a non-combat.
Got to 20 rain, double cast my rain dance so I have 200 turns of it tomorrow,
Pulled a meade since I didn't want to waste a better night cap since I don't really need the turngen for this 3 day run.

Made some dumb mistakes today, but I have had worse day ones. This was the first run where I properly prepped for the storm cow and was able to down on first try. Most likely won't be pulling my warbear warscarf anymore it just isn't that useful. Wish on my last sneaky pete run where I went pastamanacer that I had permmed the Cannelloni Cocoon spell since tongue just doesn't heal enough for the mana,

Really happy with where I am quest wise, don't think I have ever had this many quests finished on day 1, wish I hadn't forgotten that I drank the sockdollager to clear the tavern basement, but otherwise I was quite happy.

Goals for Day 2:
Finish Giants quest
Start level 11 and prep all bosses
Prep Thor's piler with 9 turns, then use it and 5 lighting strikes in desert, regen back to 20 and use a last one all in the inital 10 free turns of well hydrated.
Semi-rare temple, followed by an optimal dog at giant's top floor, 40 turns to open top floor
Start war, pull last two pieces of outfit, either handsome devil a hippy spy, or yellow ray something in hippies if yellow ray cooldown down after yellow raying mountain man
Rain Man lobsterfrogman and wink at start of day, and rain man mountain man once +rain level buffs fade and yellow ray him

Used goth artist for two get back up to 2 shavings, and burn some turns
A rain monster window opened, and for some reason thought i was inside so let it go, ended up being a storm cow, used my two new shavings and was able to kill it
Meant to add in the guild +NC buff at turn 15 in, but forgot didn't get it on until turn 228 but at least I managed SOCK on the next turn
Was able to open up the basement in one turn thanks to skimming an umbrella on day 1
Opened Giant's top floor with one turn to spare

Went office building until I could banish the lawyer
Headed to Apartment building, 6 out of the 8 combats were accountants which sucked
I used a rain man on my last shaman the turn before needed to be at 3 count
Messed up again in the bowling alley, I equipped an umbrella to reduce level to reduce chance of losing balls. Was supposed to do this until rain monster window opened, correctly moved to hospital at start of window, but when i moved back i requipped the umbrella and instead of getting the aguaconda I got the inside level 4 fish.
In the bowling alley I would get a ball and closest it right away, once I was at 5 removed 4 and used them, will use last one when doing bosses and have flyers
Went to desert, used my plan and it worked perfectly, even thought I forgot that the pilers recharge 11 per 11 turns instead of 10 per 10, but still got in 6 free exploration turns

Looked at next rain monster window, know I need an aquaconda so did some turns finishing and flyering bosses in woods and palindome
Saw that I wasn't in window yet and I was running out of turns indoor so I did junkyard quest
Used 1 rain man to get one of the item, got the others quickly
Did my turns in the boiler room, banished the steam, but should have gotten its dna for boo clues
Killed Spookyraven, then pulled the rest of items I needed to trapper quest since I wanted to use the non-adventure.php turns there to force rain monster
Had the rain monster primed, and completely forgot that Video Game Leve1 1 while inside, isn't a hard zone, so ended up getting the level 5 rain monster
This is the second rain monster I have messed up, and really need Make It Rain for nuns, but running into issues since I want to combo frost flower for wurms, rachets, and nuns

This is another day I'm just messing little things up that are costing me, the good news is I hit level 12 39 turns before I did on my last run, the bad news is that has rushed everything and making me miss stuff. My biggest worry right now is lack of Make It Rain, I should have taken that instead of Rain Delay with the first brain I got, but in all my other runs I was overflowing with brains so it really didn't matter. Looking at my last run I should finish in the 560-570 range so about 150 turns away, I will start with about 120 turns, so consumption won't be an issue, but again I don't think I could have cut this run down to 2 days.

For tomorrow I need figure out a way to hit an aquaconda before I use my frost flower, next window is 29-39 turns away, most likely what I will do is build bridge (2/3 turns), clear oil peak (6 turns, boo peak (7/8 turns), top level (6 turns), twin peak (10 turns), and getting cyclops eyedrops semi-rare (1 turn). Unfortanetly I have no turns in an indoor zone left to do, so most likely will adventure someplace that has only combats check to see if its a rain monster, and if it isn't use lightning strike to backout of combat and use the actual turn someplace useful, or just was a bunch of turns in the ballroom,

So as mentioned from day 2, I needed to find an aquaconda before using my frost flower. In order to get to the window, I built my snowboards and used them, needed 4 turns to finish off bridge.
Finished Oil Peak, ended up having to use 1 turn past lighting the fire because I lost too many bubblin crudes to rain water
Completed A-Boo Peak, only managed to find 2 clues during the 4 turns you have to spend, didn't want to chance it, so I just clovered for two more
The rain monster window opened on turn 447, what I decided to do was adventure the turn in haunted ballroom, lighting striking combats, and skipping the NC
Ended up working well, except I did decide to get a dance card which was useless, I ended up using 3 strikes this way, before getting the aquaconda on turn 453
Went back to Twin Peak to get last rusty hedge trimmer I needed, since I had gotten two of the non-coms and 1 rusty trimmer up to this point, watched one wash away which sucked
Used one of the two trimmers I had for some reason, before i remembered it could wait till later.

Still had up +NC buff from guild, so headed to upper chamber to unlock middle chamber, got 3 wheels
Proceeded to Middle chamber, first turn I forgot to use frost flower, forgot to use catfish whiskers, but did remember to use handful of rat tails, which I then proceeded to watch both of the 2 tomb ratchets that dropped wash away
Got smart, used my frost flower and catfish whiskers, and ended up getting lucky on the rest of combats, either getting rachet dropping rats, banshing an asp in one, and getting a jar that held powedered in the other
I then headed to island to get my glands, popped cyclops eyedrops for this, but still somehow didn't get the last gland to drop for 4 turns even though I was running somewhere over 500 item fins iirc.
Got the gland, but instead of using it right away I headed to nuns quest, was running +949.96 meat before Make it Rain at the start of nuns quest
And on my first combat I forgot to use Make it Rain and only managed like 9k meat, nearing the end I was sitting at needing 26,159 meat and I was getting between 12-13.5k meat per turn I decided I needed to play it safe so didn't use Make it rain and ended up at 15k meat to go, so used one more no Make It Rain turn, got down to 6k meat, and proceeded to use nuns trick to finish off nuns as a frat.

Just cleanup from here, opened control room of pyramid since I got all the ratchets I needed before that, finsihed off battlefield, stopping by queen's chamber when orchard opened

Knew from telescope that I would need thin black candle for first gate, ended up needing pickle gum and potion of object detection. Made a blessed box with my clover and then guessed correct on potion before finding drunkness potion
Was down to 1 clover so I brute-forced the skeleton key, but it wasn't bad.
Hate the sorceress maze map, but did it relatively quickly
Tower was easy, knew I needed hair spray for first level, ended up needing meat vortex for second level which I didn't have but used my dumb mud from this run, at this point I pulled another dumb mud plus top level items.
Level 3 needed bronzed locust, level 4 fancy bath salts, and level 5 choas butterfly, all which I had and then since I pulled items for level 6 zoomed right through there
On shadow quest I forgot to drop +ML so he was a bit tougher then usual, but I have dual funkslinging so trivial
Loaded up on effects for The Rain King, crafted an extra Frankly Mr. Shank and went in to face him, and of course even though it was like a 1/30 chance he picked off my Merry Smithsness buff
Started combat with my disco dances for staggers, once those were done I used a CSA grendate + crayon shaving to delevel, smacking him while dazed, did this twice before casting thunderstrike and just smacking him to death.
Freeded king, and I'm done at turn 545 a 55 turn cut over my last run wow.
