Here's a log of my final SC Std 2015 run.

Pre-Ascension:
Ice House AMC
Paint Writing Desk
Folder Holder to -combat, 25ML, and MP regen
Mayo workshed for insane hot dog stats and mayo-lancing all 3 filthworms. (I'm hard pressed to find a single turn saved by DNA for a diamond account in SC 2015)
Although turngen isn't a huge deal for my target turncount, I still want to plan carefully so I can convert as much food into blood mayo as possible. I want around 50 blood mayo to lance all 3 filthworms, and more than that may allow me to lance a green ops soldier.
Seal Clubber because Batter Up is the most speed relevant class dependent skill.
Astral hot dogs, because the stats help bridge the gap to 11 while ensuring offstats are high enough for mohawk wig, blackberry galoshes, and war outfit.
Astral pet sweater because I'm too lazy to decide if anything else is better.

Deck Plan: tower/mine/wool, tower/init/item
You could do mainstat day 1, but it's not really going to save turns. Maybe the knife for meat drops, but pretty marginal.

This run also saved up a majority of the Crimbo rewards to claim in run. I had the whole advent calendar, which really was only used for the +Max MP potion at the start of the run so my machine elf could restore more mana.
I picked up the hippy +rollover accessory before decided to save them, so I only had the reindeer armband. Those adventures didn't end up mattering.
Having pulverized my Meat Tenderizer, I faced down the NS with a reindeer hammer for flavor.

Starting in the spooky forest to get to lvl 4 and unlock the bats for the first YR. I like the spooky forest first because after its delay is gone, it's a place I can quest productively while waiting for wandering writing desks.
My default familiar is the Machine Elf. I want a mainstat gain abstraction asap, and I also will eventually want a 2nd mainstat gain, as well as 2 of the 100% myst ones to upgrade to 100% item, and 1 of the 100% mox to upgrade to init. However, I need to also fit in a fair amount of puck man and jung man today since I want to use the yellow submarine.

3 tangles is nice. At the time of the pyramid revamp, I was disappointed the delay devalued tangles since it was pretty easy to get 10 wheels/ratchets in the 15ish turns of delay. However, since it's the final area with delay, I want to be able to use as many remaining free runs there as possible.

I'll use batter up and pants-banish in the airship, but I won't use a LTB because I need 20 turns spent on combats to trigger the tennis ball, and I want 5 noncombats in the 25 turns of delay. It ends up being very kind and giving me the tennis ball on the earliest possible turn, followed by the SOCK on the earliest possible turn.

Maybe I should leave the ground floor delay for Day 2 wandering frogmen. I would mean the top floor wasn't open in time to grab an inhaler, but I could pull one to save a turn so not a big deal. The main reason I went ahead and did it now was for a high level indoor zone to get a SHC nightcap from a barrel.
Also, heh, lvl 11 on Day 1. Probably overdid it on the statgain pulls, but it lets me order things to find frogmen in delay zones on Day 2, so not a total waste. It also let me be productive long enough to fit a Numberology Frat Warrior YR in on Day 1. However, it also means I'll be starting the war soon enough on Day 2 I can't really use another YR at the start of the day.
