Here's a log of my 0 sidequest Source run as an initial proof of concept to see how stats would work out. Overall, I only used a single clover as actual turns spent powerlevelling, but I also had some bad rng increasing my turncount, so another +statgain pull may likely be necessary.

Pre-Ascension:
Ice House AMC. There's an argument to be made for the Mahogany Nightstand, but in SC I plan to use pulls to avoid spending turns powerlevelling.
Paint writing desk. Without doing the kitchen No Spoon quest, this still seems like the best turncutting option.
Mayo workshed. I miss the crazy stats from astral dogs, but the mayo whip as good as ever.
Astral pilsner since the dogs don't give stats and spleen space is too valuable for abstractions.
Astral pet sweater as usual. I'll be running a lot of Machine Elf for more statgain abstractions than Standard, and it's a descent stat familiar this path.
Pastamancer is the clear Quality of Life choice. I did the majority of the run with a Mus equalizer thrall active to give me the HP to survive getting jumped by agents, MP to cast source skills, and the Mus punch harder. And there's the buggy/exploity options like using stat equalizer thralls to bypass offstat equipment requirements, or the angel hair thrall's block stops an agent's entire first round (although I didn't use this since I don't know if it might get removed).
Deck plans: Tower/Mine/Sheep, Tower/Mine/???. There's not really a great 6th cheat thanks to LT&T skills. +item only helps for spookyraven's cellar. Maybe a 100% stat weapon to help with agents or something.

5 starting skill points:
-Hack for delevelling
-Siphon for MP restoring
-The 3 blocking skills
My plan is to use +stat% buffs to reduce agent damage when they jump me and then hack them down to 25% so they can't hit me for more than 5 while at the same time letting punch do massive damage.
With Bale's fight.php script giving me an in-combat counter associated with the green text cascade, I could know the exact point when the next agent window started. Calculating it's starting attack (30*(# defeated+1)+ML) and buff mus to be within 50 or 100.
The agent's first round of attacks hits before the Latency buff takes effect. With 8 all res from skills and myst mainstat, Hack attacks aren't too threatening until late game. With a focus on buffing Mus at the start of an agent window, his melee attacks will hit for minimal damage, and I'll have an HP pool that can take several bullet hits, especially since they're reduced by my 70%+ DA.
This mostly meant stockpiling 100% mus abstractions and miniature power pills for later in the run, and then using them along with all the +mus songs I could fit in my head.
This includes running 120ish ML on day 1 and 80ish ML on day 2. Sometimes I'd drop ML if an agent was lined up to occur somewhere that I didn't have freedom to maximize my mus gear, like when I needed to use the clarinet or miracle whip instead of the dented scepter.

I want all 3 +statgain witchess pieces early since they're not effected by the path's stat squish. Start grabbing a robin's egg while burning delay in the forest. Then I popped the witchess +fam weight and did some combats in the snojo with a 46lb Fist Turkey for stats to get to 10 mus to equip an ox shield. Then used mafia to help maximize mus, mox, da, dr, and elemental damage. Drink a Bee's Knees and Sockdollager. Cast both damage increasing LT&T skills. Free rest mp funds these buffs since I don't need to save the rests for better stats later. Ox falls down pretty quickly. Then queen gets egged, with a heavy nosey nose and bjorned crimbo shrub to help delevel until I can hit with my clarinet. The witch gets weaksauce, consipiratorial whispers, and some disco moves while the nose does the bulk of delevelling. The king gets weaksauce and keels over pretty quickly.

I'd prefer to do the pirates with a clear liver day 2, but I'm outta stuff to do. Gathering 5 insults with +20% combat means I don't often see a noncombat, and dropping to -25% combat after I have 5 insults often gives the map in a turn or two, at which point I can go back to +com to find the 6th insult.

I miss my lemons from the skeleton store sidequest. In the past, I'd used free crafts here making philters of phorce for agent buffing at the end of the run. Instead, I'll cook some random pasta to have on hand in case I get good digital pie rng tomorrow and don't need to pull a 2nd.
